Melissa (Owner) and Vincent (Vice President) Falcone

Melissa- I was born into the construction industry, my father was a union carpenter (local 623) for over 35 years . Growing up I used to “help” him with all of his construction projects around the house. After graduating from Egg Harbor Township HS , I continued on at ACC and earned my AS degree. After college I jumped into the construction industry with the Atlantic County Improvement Authority where I was employed for several years. In 2002 I took a leap of faith and decided to move to FL ,to enjoy the weather of course! Vince and I married in 2004 , and we started working together in 2016. Florida provided me with plenty of roofing and property insurance knowledge , that is how I became an expert ! Florida catapulted my desire to come home and help my hometown community! I have a heart for helping others and treat everyone as a family member not just another customer or number. I pride myself on educating the homeowner and making sure that each and everyone understands all of the components to the project. I am a member of National Women in Roofing which helps to provide continuing education for the latest and greatest products in our industry.

Things that I enjoy : cars , motorcycles, baseball, animals, travel, learning about new cultures and being by the water!

Vince- I was also born into the construction industry, my father owned and operated a concrete business. My roots began in concrete however after graduating Egg Harbor Township HS I joined the roofers local in 1991. I worked there and gained knowledge in commercial roofing. In 2002 I moved to FL and worked in residential and commercial roofing and construction projects from estimating to project managing and selling. I also owned and operated a handyman company. Florida provided me with experience in the property insurance claim process. I make it my mission to inform every homeowner , the process step by step explaining every detail from start to finish. I have a heart to help my community and do so by not only helping with your home but I volunteer with several organizations. I volunteer coach at Atlantic Christian School (baseball) , FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes ) where I sit as a bord member. I also coach baseball for a travel ball organization located in EHT. Melissa and I decided to work together over 5 years ago doing what we both love, helping homeowners restore their home.

Things I enjoy: baseball, coaching, mentoring, teaching, sports of any kind, animals, travel ,cars and motorcycles.
